Political dirty trick? Can’t Access Malaysiakini website? Malaysiakini blocked by local isp?

Why Malaysia’s DNS servers can’t resolve the ip address? You tell me. Here’s the screenshot. Appearently Opendns can resolve and I can access malaysiakini.com with that ip address.
update: We need dns to translate web address to ip address. 127.0.0.1 means localhost. In networking terms, it points back to your computer.
