    I received this on my YM. I don’t know whether this thing is going to happen or its a hoax or it just got passed around and never die. As far as I am concerned, JAIS and JAWI only cover Muslims. And I bet all these complains come from those freaking muslims. I am not biasing the whole thing because I am Chinese or non Muslim or I am trying to make Muslim look bad.

    When it says ‘terdapat ramai orang’, I agree with the statement. As far I can see in Cyberia, more than half the residents here are students, both local and international and working adults who doesn’t have a family in Cyberjaya. It is a norm for these class of people stay together to share the housing cost. It ain’t cheap renting a house in Cyberjaya. My empty unit in Block A Cyberia already cost me RM1k. Unfurnished. Cresent slightly more expensive coz its new and have larger built area. Cyber Heights D’Melor slightly cheaper, if you are lucky, you can get about RM800/month a unit.

    As a matter of fact, I am sharing with 2 girls in my house. They are not my relatives or family. In other words ‘bukan muhrim’. Does that imply something immoral must have been happening behind the door? It sound so typical malay right to think like that? It is the mentality, it is the attitude

    Human always like to do things that are not allowed to do. Even as a small kid. Your mum asked you not to play under the rain, but you did. We can’t help it. It is genetically passed down. God forbidden Adam and Eve to eat the apple, but they did it. Who to blame?

    The more you try to forbid people, they more they would want to do it. It is called thrill. Because of this, most malays guys become desperate and horny for sex. All they see in female is the lust and desire for sex. When they were young, they were thought sex are bad and wrong. Female causes desire for sex so it is bad and wrong. But when they grow up, due to the influence of the mass media including the internet and the availability of pornography, they desire for sex grow bigger and override the feeling of guiltiness. Frankly speaking, I do have the desire to have sex. You have to admit it. It is our mammal instinct to have sex to ensure the our mankind continue to exist in this world. But what makes me think I am different from animals, is that I am human. I have better brain which I am suppose to use it to control my desire.

    I don’t know what to say already. Having fever and headache. I raise my case. You malays should be open up to other races and learn the good things. Not just sit in your nutshell admiring your dreams. I am sorry if I offended any malays, but I am not generalizing every single malays. I am just putting my thoughts down based on the malays that I have encountered in my life.

    p/s, Malays are nothing better than the Americans. The American took over the native red indian homelands. The Malays took over the homeland of the ‘Orang Asli’ here and chased them into the jungle, leaving they with little development and called the land you took over Tanah Melayu. Malays don’t come from Tanah Melayu. They come from all parts of Don’t make the American look bad because they have different religion that you. From history, Malays are descendants of Austronesian-speakers who migrated from the Philippines and originally from Taiwan. These people moved to Borneo and expanded to Sumatra. Later, due to political issues, they migrated to Malay Peninsula. And Malay do practice Hinduism, Buddhism and native Animism. When Islam came during the 15th Century, majority of them embraced Islam, but not all.

    The term Malay actually is coined by Johann Friedrich Blumenbach in 1795. Blumenbach wrote:

    Malay variety. Tawny-coloured; hair black, soft, curly, thick and plentiful; head moderately narrowed; forehead slightly swelling; nose full, rather wide, as it were diffuse, end thick; mouth large. upper jaw somewhat prominent with the parts of the face when seen in profile, sufficiently prominent and distinct from each other. This last variety includes the islanders of the Pacific Ocean, together with the inhabitants of the Marianne, the Philippine, the Molucca and the Sunda Islands, and of the Malayan peninsula.

    I wish to call it the Malay, because the majority of the men of this variety, especially those who inhabit the Indian islands close to the Malacca peninsula, as well as the Sandwich, the Society, and the Friendly Islanders, and also the Malambi of Madagascar down to the inhabitants of Easter Island, use the Malay idiom.

    <end of Blumenbach’s writting>

    But it is Article 160 of the Constitution of Malaysia that changed the whole idea of malay in Malaysia’s context. In the Article, if you are a Malaysia, profess Islam, habitually speaks Malay language, adheres to Malay culture, stays in Malaysia or Singapore, you are a Malay. However, if a Malay who convert out of Islam, according to the law, is no longer a Malay. That’s how sad it is. Shunned away from your own race because of religion. The best example is Jeanne Abdullah, wife of our current beloved (yeah rite) PM. She is Portuguese-Eurasian. But because she profess Islam, married to a Malay, so I assume she adhere to Malay culture and because she is the PM’s wife, she is now a malay. How convenient to change someone’s race.
