suddenly my house just turned into a place where everyone come and lepak. The spb melaka members are here with a few cyber peeps. I dunno what the fuck with edo, he so perasan that after he bathed, he stand at the balcony and he feels d girls are staring at him. He lepak with ganeshd and jessy outside. carl & liz tengah emo, layan dunno what jiwang song from liz’s lappie. siraj sleeping, baby n me… hmm… staring at edo’s mum’s laptop. Me blogging. Others I dunno, aaron & muharam went off to get aaron’s car.

My old graphic card, x1300, months ago it got burned coz 1 of the clips holding the fan came off. Only got 2 clips. 1 came off, so d fan left hanging, not touching the GPU and my GPU effectively got burned due to excessive heat. Bought a new GC, HD2400XT from lowyat. These 2 days, tested it with NFS: Carbon. I thought HD2400Xt is supposed to be better than X1300, but my game experience sucks. Personally i feel last time using x1300, the graphic looks much more crystal. I can push most of the graphic to medium or high to produce crystal reflective images on the car. But this new card, the graphic just looks so blocky although with anti-aliasing. Below is a table which i compared the both GC spec. Overall 2400 is better than 1300, but why do I feel its just doesn’t up to my expectation.

Crap. I think I’m having sleeping disorder, particularly insomnia. Its been 3 weeks already. I either can’t remain asleep for more than 4 hours or I just can’t sleep at night. I will be restless but empty minded, don’t know how to pass by the time.
What causes my insomnia? I have no idea. I’m not on medication, I’m not in fear of anything or stressed, I’m not depressed either nor taking caffeine. It just appear for no apparent reason.
But every time I woke up in the middle of my sleep, I do have this strange feeling. Somehow I will gasp for air. As if when I am sleeping, I am not breathing. Thus I run out of oxygen. Is it possible that when you rest, all your body muscle follow suit? I think it is happening to me. When I fall asleep, my lungs not pumping any air.
I am aware of antihistamine can help to put you to sleep. But it is not meant for that. I have at least 2 strips of Zrytec, which make good readily supplies for me. As far as I am concerned, it doesn’t induce any addiction. So it can be safely taken. But I don’t want to depend on medication as a way out. According to my mum, she said a pharmacist told her Zrytec does not cause drowsiness. If it does not, then how can it be sedative? Dilemma now. I thought all antihistamine have some sort of sedative effect. Maybe it does. I do take Zrytec when I have allergic or flu. If i take Zrytec, somehow I feel I can manage things around calmly, aha, sedative effect. Although I may be bugged by the allergic or flu, but im apparently nowhere near the state of feeling uneasy. But once i touch the bed, I can just doze off.
I used to sleep at least 8 hours a day. But thats minimum. With 8 hours, I will just barely wakeup and goes into auto mode. By the time its evening, I will feel tired or not in the mood. If I have more than 10 hours of sleep, it will be a different story. I feel calm and I am ready to do what I have planned the day before, instead of procrastinate it. Yerp, im a procrastinator.
Help me!!! I need more quality sleep!!! I am TIRED of feeling sleepy everyday during the day time. END!
